Refund policy
Refunds are accepted in the case of recieving damaged products.
Wood related issues:
Due to the uniqueness of wood and its inherent properties it is difficult to foresee how it reacts to changes in temperature and humidity. If you report any damage to the product within the first 10 days of receiving your package, where possible, an exchange or a partial refund will be given out on a case by case scenario. Please take detailed pictures of the damage and send them to us to be reviewed.
Metal and mechanism issues:
All mechanisms are tested before the finished product is sent out. Should a defective mechanism or a metal part be blemished beyond repair be sent out to you by mistake, you have 10 days to report in order to get an exchange or partial refund. Please take detailed pictures of the damage and send them to us to be reviewed.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your pictures of the damage and inform you if the exchange or refund was approved.
If an exchange is approved, we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Once we receive the defective item, we ill send you a replacement of similar value.
If a partial refund is approved, we will credit your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
